It didn't take long for fans in Saskatchewan to snag tickets to Bruno Mars today.
The show hasn't quite sold out yet, but it won't take long.
Mars took over the stage at Super Bowl XLVIII. The musician sang several of his hit songs and even jammed with the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Director of Marketing and Events for Credit Union Centre, Scott Ford says Mars' Super Bowl performance has helped with the hype. "It should be a good morning for ticket sales. We expect this show to sell very well."
There was plenty of chatter online after the half time show.
Tara Mewis posted on her Facebook page, "I think Bruno Mars just became the biggest star in the world!" In reply Jessica Preciado said, "He's great, I may have to get some tickets!"
Fans here in this province will get a chance to see Mars live on stage. His show is August 3rd at Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon.
