Accused killer Randy O'Hagan will learn his fate this morning.
O'Hagan is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Saskatoon mother Lorry Santos in September, 2012. She was shot in her home, early in the morning, answering the front door .
Police say O'Hagan and a co-accused came from Lloydminster to Saskatoon to kill another man who had left the White Boy Posse street gang. But they went to the wrong house and killed Santos by mistake.
O'Hagan's trial was by judge alone at Court of Queen's Bench in April.
Justice Ron Mills will give his decision at 9 a.m. CST this morning.
