A man accused of shooting another man in the leg will make his first court appearance in North Battleford provincial court Thursday morning.

Victim received non-life threatening wounds, still recovering in hospital

A man accused of shooting another man in the leg will make his first court appearance in North Battleford provincial court Thursday morning.

RCMP were called to a home on the 1600 block of 104th Street Monday night. A man with non-life threatening injuries was taken to hospital.

On Wednesday, police arrested a 45-year-old man in connection with the shooting.

The victim is still recovering in hospital.

The investigation is ongoing.
