The full lineup for this year's Saskatchewan Jazz Festival has been released.
Grammy-winner Ms. Lauryn Hill will be playing the mainstage on June 25th. As well, the Downchild Blues Band will be playing at the Bessborough Gardens on the 29th.
Other new additions to the festival include Jill Barber and Royal Wood.
While Artistic Director Kevin Tobin is excited about big names, he says the festival has many smaller acts as well.
"Sometimes it's the smaller shows I'm looking forward to seeing," said Artistic Director Kevin Tobin. "Christian McBride at the Bassment, Nels Cline, the guitar player for Wilco is playing down at the Bassment as well. There's lots of great jazz that's happening."
According to festival organizers, two of the largest shows, Ben Harper and John Legend, have already sold out.
"It's caught us a little off guard to sell two mainstage garden shows out this early," said Tobin. "We're really pleased with the way the community has supported the festival program so far."
Tickets for the latest wave of shows will go on sale Friday, at 10 am.
