A 23-year-old man suffered non-serious injuries after falling out of an open window on the third floor of a Saskatoon apartment building, police say.

It happened Friday around 3:15 p.m. CST on the 2000 block of 20th Street West.

Police were still investigating and said they were not sure, based on their preliminary work, if the man fell out by accident or was pushed.

They did note, however, that alcohol was a factor in the case.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries.
