Los Angeles Kings centre Jarret Stoll and the biggest prize in hockey are making a stop in Saskatoon today.

Los Angeles Kings center will be at Kiwanis Park on Sunday afternoon

It may be too hot for hockey, but the biggest prize in the sport is in Saskatoon today.

Thanks to Los Angeles Kings centre Jarret Stoll, the Stanley Cup is making a stop in the city this afternoon.

Stoll, who is from Neudorf, Sask., will be at Kiwanis Park with Lord Stanley from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. CST.

While the event is a chance for hockey fans to celebrate the Kings' victory, Stoll is also using the opportunity as a fundraiser.

The event is raising money for children and families at Royal University Hospital.
