It's that time of the year, with the nice weather, comes construction season.
There are 21 road restrictions around the city today -- from road closures to lane restrictions. While city crews are improving the streets, it's creating headaches for drivers, transit riders and cyclists.
So this morning, I want to do a July construction season check-in.
