The CFL's holy grail, the Grey Cup, will be visiting a number of Saskatchewan communities in January. Fans in seven cities and towns will get to celebrate the 2013 Grey Cup championship win with some Riders and the Cup.

The tour starts in Saskatoon on January 6. The Grey Cup will spend the day throughout the city before heading to Credit Union Centre during the Saskatoon Blades game against the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Fans will be able to take photos with the Grey Cup and get autographs from several players.

The Grey Cup will also make stops in Lloydminster, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Macklin, Kindersley, and Rosetown.

Jim Hopson, Saskatchewan Roughriders President and CEO, said this is something Rider fans have been waiting to experience.

"After a storybook season, we want to share this victory with many Rider fans in Saskatchewan," Hopson said in a news release. "This team means a lot to the fabric of all of Saskatchewan and the players are excited to meet and greet as many Rider fans as possible."
