The families of two crash victims have agreed to release their names. Sarah Wensley and James (J.P.) Haughey, both 17, died in a crash Monday night.
A third person was also taken to hospital with serious injuries from the crash.
Wensley and Haughey were in a car that police said was broadsided at an intersection by a speeding truck. Their vehicle was hurled into the side of a building. According to police, the truck was stolen. Two people are facing numerous charges in relation to the crash.
At the site of the impact with the building, a wellness clinic on 22nd Street West, a makeshift memorial was filled with flowers and notes for the two teens who were students at Bethlehem Catholic School in Saskatoon.
