Demand for flu shot in Saskatoon prompts venue change
Clinic will now be at City Hospital
Demand for the flu shot is growing so the Saskatoon Health Region is taking steps to try and handle longer lines at its weekend clinic.
The public clinic set for Saturday is being moved from the West Winds Primary Health Centre to City Hospital. The hours have also been extended from 9 a.m.to 4 p.m. CST.
There will be free parking at the hospital for people who receive an influenza shot that day.
The health region is also offering a public clinic outside of Saskatoon. A drop-in clinic will be held in Humboldt today from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. CST.
