Instead, the city is making admission free on Friday.

The city made the decision after the weather forecast called for temperatures in the mid-to-high 20s.

George Ward, at 1915 5th St. E., will be open from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST on Friday and then 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
