30 Years of Giggles
They've been at it for three decades and they're still going strong!
The comedians of the Saskatoon Soaps are celebrating the anniversary in style this weekend.
It all started back in 1984 when Gordon McCall got a group of students from the University of Saskatchewan together to improvise.
Friday night the gang is getting together for a big show at the Broadway.
Jeffrey Straker is the special guest.
Fire up those engines, it's time to race.
There's a weekend full of speed and thrills at Saskatchewan International Speedway just south of Saskatoon.
Friday night the flag drops at 6:00 p.m. CST with Street Legal racing.
Saturday and Sunday are all day affairs. There will be races featuring Super Pro, Sport Compact and Jr. Dragster classes.

Chad VanGaalen is a swirl of electronic beats and reverb with a classic folk flair.
He's never been in a full fledged recording studio and I kinda think that's just the way he likes it.
VanGaalen has a new album out called 'Shrink Dust' and he's out on the road to promote it.
Regina audiences can see it Thursday night at the Exchange.
Then Saturday VanGaalen will be joined by fellow Calgary act the Viet Cong.
That show is at Amigos Cantina.

It's your chance to follow your gut and go anywhere on a whim.
Mosaic is back for another year.
This is a chance to have a schnitzel in Germany, an empanada down the street in Chile and wash it down with a San Miguel Beer in the Philippines.
Mosaic is the work of a huge group of volunteers with the Regina Multicultural Council.
This year check out their mobile app. there you can get a full menu for each pavilion, maps of where they are and entertainment schedules.
There are 21 pavilions in total and new this year at the Punjabi, Bangladeshi and Russian stops.
It's a training ground for many of the young performers in this province and this weekend they're on stage for you.
The Saskatchewan Express Musical Theatre School is holding its annual Spring recital.
This year the troupe is getting ready to celebrate 35 years but before they do that it's time for a show.
"We're All Mad Here In Wonderland" is a take on the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland.
There will be performances in dancing, singing, and acting. Students are toddlers to 18 years old.
It's all happening Saturday at the Conexus Arts Centre.
Howlin' & Growlin'
From young prodigy to holding his own on a cross country tour, Tim Vaughn has got it.
Vaughn has been tirelessly touring his latest album 'Read Between The Lines' and it's been getting great reviews.
The album has some Saskatoon pedigree behind it too. It was produced by Wide Mouth Mason frontman Shaun Verreault.
It's a rockin' good time and in the Queen City you have a pair of chances to see it live.
Vaughn will be on stage at McNally's Tavern Friday and Saturday night.
