For 30 years Gord Downie have been cranking out the hits.
It's been a big year for the band with the release of a new album "Now For Plan A" and in about a week they will be featured on a Canada Post stamp.
The Hip will headline Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon Saturday night.

Put the leash on and head out to Pets in the Park. There's going to be music, and demonstrations by local dog agility and flyball teams.

Street Meet, not to be confused with tasty hot dogs, is a new celebration being organized by AKA Gallery.
It's a celebration of public art like graffiti and it's not all about spray paint. One of the feature artists is Shelley Miller who makes temporary murals out of icing. Or there's yarn bomber Robyn Love who is planning a piece that requires audience participation.
It all starts Friday and runs until Sunday.

It's a celebration of custom rides and the auto industry in general.
The Queen City Cruise In is a festival for the "car guy." This is fun for the whole family with monster truck rides, a show and shine and live entertainment.
Engines will be revved Friday to Sunday at various venues in throughout the city.
Viva Las Elvis!
The King may be gone, but we can still relive the magic of his music.
Rory Allen is a celebrated Elvis tribute artist and he's set up for a full weekend of hits.
Friday night, Allen is in Moose Jaw presenting "G.I. Blues" Tribute to the King at the Mae Wilson Theatre.
Saturday, Allen will take those solid gold hits to the show lounge in Regina.
Then, the tribute artist will stage an Elvis Gospel & Love show Sunday, also at Casino Regina.
It's a chance to celebrate where you're from.
I Love Regina Day is a full day of family fun in Victoria Park this weekend.
There will be a chance for the kids to get up close with all the city's mascots with a special mascot parade.
A barbeque for lunch and a chance to participate in a huge community chalk painting.
The Queen City is hopping this Saturday.
