Another cabbie has been robbed at knife point in Saskatoon.

In a news release, police said it happened Sunday evening at 6:15 p.m. CST.

The taxi driver picked up a man and was asked to drive to the 200 block of Avenue H North. When they arrived, police said, the passenger pulled out a long knife and demanded money. The cabbie handed over some cash, and the suspect took off on foot.

Police tried to track the suspects with the help of a K-9 unit. But so far, the suspect remains on the loose.

The taxi driver was not hurt.

This is the latest in a series of armed robberies in taxis this month.
