Three people were taken to hospital last night after a crash just east of the city at the intersection of Highway 5 and 41.

Three people were taken to hospital last night after a crash just east of Saskatoon at the intersection of Highways 5 and 41.

In a news release, police said that three vehicle collided just after 7 pm CST, when one of the vehicles travelling eastbound made a left hand turn into oncoming traffic.

The driver of that vehicle has been charged with failing to yield to an approaching vehicle when turning left.

Police describe the injuries as minor to moderate.
