Woman, 40, dead after grid road crash near Indian Head
RCMP believe alcohol is a factor in the two-vehicle crash and expect to lay charges
A woman is dead after the car she was riding in swerved into the path of a pickup truck on a grid road near Indian Head, and police say they believe alcohol is a factor in the crash.
Investigators said shortly after 12:30 a.m. CST, the vehicles collided on a grid road between Lebret and Indian Head.
Emergency responders determined the woman, 40, from the Fort Qu'Appelle area, was killed at the scene.
