The province is introducing special veterans plates for people who ride motorcycles and snowmobiles.
Saskatchewan Government Insurance says the plates will be similar to the ones currently available for cars and trucks.
They'll have a "V" plus images of a soldier and a red poppy.
They'll cost an extra $5, with the money going to the Royal Canadian Legion.
They're available to veterans and active-duty members of the Canadian Forces, Reserve Forces, the Merchant Navy, the RCMP or another police force.
One of the first plates went to Sgt. Patrick Barbar, who recently contacted Premier Brad Wall via Twitter to inquire about offering veteran plates for motorcycles.
They'll be generally available starting Oct. 1.
