Many Canadians are getting active to celebrate the country's 150th birthday this year and The Morning Edition is no exception.

I'm on a mission to complete 150 activities set out in the ParticipACTION 150 Play List.

ParticipACTION is a national non-profit organization that created a list of 150 Canadian activities picked by Canadians. People are encouraged to do as many as possible.

You can find the entire list here.

If you want to challenge me or if there is an activity on the list you want to showcase, email peter.mills@cbc.ca or tweet @TweeterMillsCBC.

You can also follow my journey on The Morning Edition on CBC Radio One Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
