A Texas man will be in Regina court Feb. 21 after having two handguns seized at the border last week.

Officials with the Canadian Border Services Agency have charged the 55-year-old from Henderson, Tex., with three violations of the Customs Act after a 9mm handgun and a .380-caliber handgun were seized at the Oungre port of entry.

They said they found the loaded guns in his vehicle. Also seized were two high-capacity magazines.

It's the fourth seizure of guns by the CBSA in Saskatchewan this year.
