Teen charged in Cornwall Centre stabbing pleads guilty

A teenaged boy accused of stabbing four people at Regina's Cornwall Centre in April pleaded guilty in Youth Court on Monday.

15-year-old will be sentenced in August

A 15-year-old boy accused of stabbing four people at Regina's Cornwall Centre in April pleaded guilty in Youth Court on Monday.

The charges included three counts of aggravated assault and one count of assault with a weapon.

The four victims, all men, survived.

At the time, police said they believed the men had been attacked at random.

The youth cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. 

He will be back in court on Aug. 6 for sentencing.
