A 14-year-old youth is in hospital in good condition, after being briefly trapped under an old building that was in the process of being torn down.
According to Parkland Ambulance, a paramedic crew was dispatched shortly after noon Friday to Weirdale, Sask., northeast of Prince Albert, to assist the youth. He had already been brought to safety by others on the scene.
It's believed the teen was with a group of adults who were tearing down an old building when the structure collapsed on the youth, trapping him for a time.
When the ambulance arrived he was assessed and taken to hospital, in good condition, for further treatment.
