Every year when the province's spring budget is released there's a media frenzy at the Saskatchewan legislature.
People representing unions, school boards, business — and more — mix and mingle with politicians and media types who are covering the budget. Much of the action takes place in a frenetic mash of microphones and cameras in the rotunda of the legislature.
It is the sort of event that could be looked at in a novel way — even a graphic novel.
