The host of CBC Radio's new Saskatoon morning show will be a voice familiar to CBC listeners in the province — award-winning journalist Leisha Grebinski.

Grebinski, who's from Regina and spent more than five years with the Morning Edition at CBC Saskatchewan, starts hosting the new show on 94.1 FM in Saskatoon on April 29.

She'll be joined by online host Matt Kruchak and morning newsreader Dan Kerslake.

CBC will also be launching a new website, cbc.ca/saskatoon and Twitter feed, @cbcsaskatoon.

For listeners outside of Saskatoon, the Morning Edition hosted by Sheila Coles, with Ted Deller reading the news, will continue at 102.5 FM in Regina, and 540 AM across the province.
