A man was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries after his truck crashed through a guardrail on an overpass and plunged down onto College Drive in Saskatoon Thursday morning.
Fire department officials said they had to use specialized tools to free the driver of the truck, which landed upside down on the road.
A person who called 911 about the crash said it appeared the vehicle lost control just prior to the crash.
It happened around 10:30 a.m. CST.
"The truck had gone over the side of the Circle Drive overpass, falling two and a half stories, and landing on its roof in the middle of College Drive," the fire department said.
There was no immediate update on the condition of the injured driver.
The crash was under investigation.
