People on Twitter got to see what Regina looks like from space Saturday.
Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield shared a picture he had taken of the city from the International Space Station.
Hadfield captioned the image, "Regina, SK, cleanly etched into the prairie by the February snow."
In a previous interview with CBC News Hadfield said he is grateful he can share what he sees from space with people on Earth.
"The favourite pastime of astronauts is looking at the world out the window," he said. "It is so fundamentally beautiful and mesmerizing."
On Dec. 19, Hadfield launched aboard a Soyuz spacecraft and two days later docked at the International Space Station.
He will make history later this month when he becomes the first Canadian commander of the ISS.
