Travel not advised, blowing snow warning in southern Sask.

Anyone planning to travel this weekend is advised to check road conditions before leaving home.
As of 4:30 p.m. CST Highways Hotline has has several warnings issued for roads across the province.
According to the website travel is not recommended the Trans-Canada Highway west of Regina from Belle Plaine, Sask., to the Tompkins, Sask. area, as well as east of Regina to Balgonie.
Travel is not advised on on Highway 11 between Regina and Saskatoon from Davidson to Dundurn.
Motorist are also asked to avoid driving on roads west of Saskatoon in the Rosetown and Biggar areas as well as east of Saskatoon on Highway 5.
Roads are also bad south of Regina, mainly Highways 39 and 6 in the Corrine, Sask. area.
Environment Canada has issued a blowing snow warning for the the southern part of the province.
Visibility will be reduced Sunday evening from snow, blowing snow and high winds.
According to Environment Canada about five centimetres of snow are expected in most of southern Saskatchewan, and 10 to 15 centimetres for the Cypress Hills area.
People heading out should keep an eye on Highways Hotline, because road conditions can change throughout the evening.
