Premier speaks to SUMA convention

Money and infrastructure are on the minds of Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association delegates this week.
On Monday, Premier Brad Wall was speaking to the mayors and councillors.
Their annual convention, held this year in Saskatoon, runs Feb. 3-6.
