Police have three people in custody after a 25-year-old woman was taken against her will early Monday morning in Saskatoon.

At about 4:30 a.m. CST the woman was taken without consent by two other women to a home on the 400 block of Avenue I South.

When the she was inside the home a man armed with a handgun stole her personal property, including her wallet and cell phone, police said.

The woman managed to escape and ran to a gas station in the 300 block of Avenue H South where she was able to contact police.

The woman was not injured during the incident.

Three people are in police custody and face charges of assault and unlawful confinement.
