What do you think about Regina's proposed stadium?
City councillors will take the final vote on plans to build the $278 million facility Monday night.
The City will contribute $73 million to the project, $80 million form the province and $25 million from the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The City will also take a $100 million loan from the province.
