Suspects surrender in police standoff

Officers along with the emergency response unit in Saskatoon surrounded a home where they believed the people inside have a gun. (CBC )
The Emergency Response Team has cleared off the 400 block of Avenue S South after several people surrendered to police.
Officers are still at the scene executing a search warrant and questioning the suspects.
Police surrounded the home because they were concerned the people inside may have a gun.
At about 5:10 a.m. CST a 26-year-old man was robbed of his vehicle at gunpoint by another man and two women.
Patrol officers spotted the vehicle soon after.
The suspects fled from the officers into the home on Avenue S South.
Police called in their Emergency Response Team because of concerns about the weapon.
