Saskatchewan man can vote in 3 civic elections

It's an old joke: vote early and vote often — but it actually applies to certain people in Saskatchewan.
Robert Thomas lives in Moose Jaw, works in Swift Current where he's a resident and he owns property in Regina.
He says he recently found out that he could vote in all three cities in the Oct. 24 municipal elections.
The CBC's Tiffany Cassidy explains how that works to the Morning Edition's Sheila Coles.
