  • Deb Higgins, a former NDP provincial cabinet minister.
  • Fraser Tolmie, a current member of city council (has said he is in the race).

Corrections and Clarifications

  • Candidates who have completed official nomination forms as of Friday were noted. Others have announced they are in the race but had not yet filed their forms. A previous version of the story failed to note Fraser Tolmie's intentions in Moose Jaw. Sept. 15 | 12:30 p.m. CST
