A woman is recovering in Regina from an early-morning stabbing that police say may be related to two other incidents.

Officers were called at around 5:30 a.m. CST Sunday to a house on the 1400 block of Angus Street, where they found a woman on a couch, bleeding from multiple stab wounds.

The woman was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Regina police say at around the same time of the stabbing, they received calls about someone being robbed in an alleyway and a man whose face was slashed with a knife.

Police say they are investigating if those three incidents may have been connected.
