An 18-year-old Regina man says he was punched, kicked and hit with a bottle in a street attack involving around 10 people.
Sean Biletski, who's recovering at home after being treated in hospital, said it happened early Monday morning in Regina's General Hospital area.
Biletski had been at a house party and got into a dispute with some of the people there.
He says when he tried to drive away, one of the attackers grabbed the wheel, crashing the car.
"They started kicking me in the face, kicking me in the ribs, punching me in the face, I mean whatever they could do to hurt me," he said.
"They thought they could get revenge and try to almost kill me, basically. It's what they tried."
Biletski says he was beaten for at least five minutes and was hit with a bottle.
When the attack was finally over, he says one man threatened to kill him.
"Yeah, that was the whole crazy night," he said. "Worst night of my life."
Shortly after the attack, Biletski was taken to hospital.
So far, no arrests have been made, his family says.
