Man accused of pointing gun at crop-duster

A 61-year-old man from the Hyas, Sask., area has been arrested following a complaint about someone pointing a gun at a crop-duster.
Police said they began investigating after receiving the complaint on Aug. 19. The plane had been in the air spraying crops at the time.
The man is scheduled to appear in Kamsack provincial court on Oct. 4 charged with several firearm offences, the RCMP said.
A number of guns have been seized from the man, police said.
Hyas is in east-central Saskatchewan, about 50 kilometres northwest of Kamsack and about 280 kilometres northeast of Regina.
