Two men were arrested Tuesday without incident, police said.
Charged with second-degree murder are Charlton Jonathon Rope, 25, and Bobby James Clive Lavallee, 22.
They were scheduled to appear in Regina provincial court Wednesday morning.
Family mourns loss
An online obituary notice on Wednesday noted Toto was keen on sports, especially basketball, baseball and hockey, and music.
A funeral service was set for Thursday for Delano Toto. Legacy.com"Delano loved to listen to music on YouTube, spend time with his siblings and watch movies," the notice said. "His favorite foods were poutine and souvlaki."
The notice said a wake was set for Wednesday night and a funeral Thursday morning, both in the community hall of the Piapot First Nation, about 30 kilometres north of Regina.
