A 22-year-old woman is facing impaired driving charges after she allegedly crashed into two parked vehicles and ran away early Sunday morning.

Saskatoon police were called to the intersection of Dudley Street and Spadina Crescent at about 3:25 a.m. CST after reports of a three-vehicle crash.

Police said a van had slammed into two parked cars causing about $40,000 in damage.

The suspect ran out of the car to get away from the scene.

After about a 40 minute pursuit by the canine unit the woman was found and arrested.

She has also been charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

No one was injured in the crash.
