Saskatoon death probed as homicide

A man found dead in a Saskatoon residence may have been the victim of an assault, police say.

A man found dead in a Saskatoon residence early Saturday may have been the victim of an assault, police say.

Police said they were called at 12:01 a.m. CST. to a residence on the 1000 block of Avenue C North.

Inside, a man, believed to be 47, was dead.

"The male appears to have died from an assault," police said.

They added that two other men were inside the home at the time and were being questioned.

No name was released.
