Saskatchewan teachers have a tentative deal with the province that will give them a 5½ per cent pay increase over four years.
The proposed deal would also provide some one-time payments in the first two years, CBC News has been told.
Teachers will vote on the offer on Oct 22.
The last contract expired Aug. 31.
