Rollover near Yorkton kills woman, 21
2 others injured in Tuesday morning crash
A young woman died and two others were injured following a rollover south of Yorkton, Sask., on Tuesday.
It happened on York Lake Road at around 1:20 a.m. CST, the RCMP said.
A 21-year-old woman was entrapped in the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 17-year-old girl who was thrown from the vehicle was taken to hospital in critical condition.
A third person, an 18-year-old woman, walked to a home in the area where police found her and learned there had been an accident. She was taken to hospital in stable condition.
The RCMP said alcohol and speed are considered factors in the crash. They're continuing to investigate.
