Rollover claims woman's life near Saltcoats, Sask.

An 85-year-old woman from Langenburg, Sask. is dead and a second woman is in hospital following a crash Monday near Saltcoats in east-central Saskatchewan.

An 85-year-old woman from Langenburg, Sask. is dead and a second woman is in hospital following a crash Monday near Saltcoats in east-central Saskatchewan.

The single-vehicle rollover happened around 10:45 a.m. CST on Highway 16 about two kilometres east of the town.

One woman was taken to the Yorkton Regional Health Centre with undisclosed injuries. The 85-year-old, who was the driver of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy will be conducted on Tuesday.

The names haven't been released.
