Roba Osman ID'd as homicide victim in Regina shooting
A 24-year-old man from Toronto — Roba Osman — has been identified by police as the victim of a homicide following a shooting incident on Williams Street in Regina a week ago.
Police have not made any arrests in the case. Two other men were also injured in the same incident.
The shooting took place in a home on the 600 block of Williams Street around 8:45 p.m. CST May 27. According to police, Osman died in the home from gun fire. The injured men had also been shot.
The case is Regina's third homicide of 2014.
Police said their investigation, in conjunction with the coroner's office, is continuing.
