Regina Transit driver charged in death of 80-year-old man

A Regina transit driver has been charged by police after a bus he was driving hit an 80-year-old man in September.

Police have charged 46-year-old with driving without due care and attention

A Regina transit driver has been charged by police following the death of a man in September.

The driver was behind the wheel when a bus hit and and killed an 80-year-old man. He was crossing the street at Parliament Avenue and Rae Street. 
    
Police have charged the 46-year-old Regina Transit driver with driving without due care and attention. 

A court date is set for January 29, 2014.
