Police are looking for a man after a 17-year-old girl in Regina reported she was held captive and sexually assaulted.

According to police, she was on the 900 block of Albert St. in the city's North Central area when the man pulled over in his car and offered to share a cigarette with her.

The girl got in the man's car and he sped off, locking the doors. The man then pulled over and, according to the girl, sexually assaulted her.

She was able to unlock the door and run away.

He's described as 30 to 40 years old, Caucasian, with a deep voice and a thin to average build. He was wearing blue jeans and a black and yellow ball cap. He was driving a white car with an automatic transmission that was rusting on the front.
