Pelican Narrows man, 21, died of hypothermia, RCMP say
Kieffer Braeden Linklater, 21, whose body was discovered Thursday afternoon in the bush outside Pelican Narrows, died from hypothermia, RCMP say.
RCMP said the cause of death was determined by an autopsy and they do not consider the case to be suspicious.
"Investigation revealed that prior to his death, [Linklater] had been at a social gathering inside a residence located in the community of Pelican Narrows," RCMP said in a news release Monday.
According to RCMP, Linklater's family had reported the man missing on March 13, the day that his body was discovered. He had not been seen, by family, since March 11.
