Two men serving time for manslaughter have escaped from a healing lodge near Duck Lake, south of Prince Albert, Sask.
According to RCMP, Brandon Avery White, 23, and Royce Virgil Bear, 31 were discovered missing at the Willow Cree lodge on Sunday.
Officials noted the pair were not around during an inmate count at 5 p.m. CST.
Police said White is 5' 8" tall and has tattoos on his right hand and arm. Bear is 6' 3" and has tattoos on both arms.
White was serving eight years for manslaughter, while Bear was serving five years and 10 months for manslaughter and assault with a weapon.
According to police, federal prison officials will be investigating how the two got away.
