Old Kinsmen Park train moving to Prince Albert

An old train that looped around Kinsmen Park in Saskatoon is moving to a new home near Prince Albert.

The old train in Saskatoon's Kinsmen Park has found a new home at Country Fun Farms, near Prince Albert.

Country Fun Farms was the successful group to bid on the train. It was one of three bidders.

Kinsmen Park in Saskatoon is getting a make-over, which will include a new train with a longer route. Phase one of the  revamped park is set to be open in 2014.

Country Fun Farms is a 70-acre interactive farm about 10 kilometres east of Prince Albert.

The train will moved to its new home Mar. 5.
