No E. coli found in Regina eatery temporarily closed
A Regina restaurant, called Flip, says lab tests of areas throughout the eatery, as well as of the food, have come back negative for E. coli.
Earlier this week, the restaurant voluntarily closed its doors after learning that five people who had been sick, due to E. coli, had eaten there.
According to an update, published on Flip's Facebook account, health officials took swabs around the restaurant, and food samples, for testing.
The update noted that workers at the restaurant were also about to get the place "even cleaner than it already is," adding they planned to reopen soon.
