Police in Regina have arrested and charged a 35 year old man with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a man who was found in a house early Friday morning.

According to police, the investigation began after officers were sent to the 400 block of Wascana Street around 6 a.m. March 29.

They were told a man had been seriously injured.

When they arrived, police found the body of Gregory Earl Fox, 42.

The suspect in the case was arrested on Tuesday, police said.

Melvin Joseph Severight, of Regina, was set to make his first appearance in court Wednesday.

Police said the case was Regina's third homicide of 2013.
