A 75-year-old man who was missing after leaving his home in Kipling, Sask. in a pickup truck has been found close to the U.S. border, the RCMP says.
Harley James Ironside, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, was heading out to pick up some water on Monday afternoon and was expected back after only a short time.
The temperature was well below zero and he was wearing only light clothing and a summer jacket. When he didn't return, police asked for the public's help finding him.
Ironside suffers from Alzheimer's disease and police were worried he had become disoriented.
On Tuesday, he was located at North Portal, at the border with North Dakota.
